This 6 bed Victorian property, set out over 3 floors, has been completely transformed with a substantial refurbishment and extension, by a local and reputable Building Contractor.
LSB secured the electrical and lighting installation contract, together with CCTV, gate intercom and intruder alarm system works.
This is an EV charger installation in Milford On Sea.
The work involved relocating the existing Mains Distribution Board for our customer who is planning some internal alteration. We then installed a new 4-way board for the PodPoint EV charger, which we also installed, to accommodate a Solar PV system we are carrying out in the New Year.
Other works included fitting new sockets and lights.
This is an electrical and lighting installation completed for a private customer in New Milton.
We installed a new 10-way surge protected consumer unit and 5ft LED battens in the garage. We also installed new recessed LED downlights, switches, sockets, ceiling fans and extractor fans throughout the property.
We replaced the existing basin and taps in a disabled WC to a Doctors Surgery in New Milton, with a pre-assembled half height integrated plumbing system (IPS) with basin, user friendly mixer tap and a lockable access panel. Part of the waste pipe was also rerouted.
The unit itself is made of material which prevents the growth and development of any bacteria which is why it’s certified for use in Healthcare environments.
This project, to date, is the largest and most challenging scheme we have ever undertaken so we are very proud to have played a key part in delivering a high-quality outcome.
We were appointed as the Electrical Contractor to undertake the full electrical power and lighting installation to this three-storey, 7 bedroom new build.
The original property was demolished to make way for a substantial new 16,500sqft luxury house.
Our installation included a full Lutron lighting control system, ultra modern LED lighting and home cinema with audio system throughout. Our install included works to the entire building, including swimming pool area, gym and changing areas, offices, elevator, grand entrance with floor to ceiling chandelier and all bathrooms, kitchens and exterior lighting to the landscaping gardens.
We’re now on the final stretch of a large electrical installation we’ve been undertaking in North London to a substantial new build luxury home.
Our internal works are now complete…Next week we move onto the external lighting.
