Full Electrical rewire to large private house, New Forest

We carried out this substantial rewire to a large private home, in the heart of the New Forest, for a local and reputable Building Contractor.

Our Director, Liam Bailey was appointed as Electrical Project Designer and worked closely with the Client and Interior Designer to produce a tailored Electrical Design package.

Our Contract also included installing a CCTV and Gate Entry System.

Led on site by our electrician Rob, this beautifully restored property boasts luxury fixtures and fittings, all tastefully in keeping with the original period features.

This 6 bed Victorian property, set out over 3 floors, has been completely transformed with a substantial refurbishment and extension, by a local and reputable Building Contractor.

LSB secured the electrical and lighting installation contract, together with CCTV, gate intercom and intruder alarm system works.

EV Charger, Milford On Sea

This is an EV charger installation in Milford On Sea.

The work involved relocating the existing Mains Distribution Board for our customer who is planning some internal alteration. We then installed a new 4-way board for the PodPoint EV charger, which we also installed, to accommodate a Solar PV system we are carrying out in the New Year.

Other works included fitting new sockets and lights.

This is a newly built garage in Milford On Sea where we ran SWA cable from the existing Mains Distribution Board to supply power to the new garage.

We then installed a 4-way board within the garage along with LED battens, sockets and switches.

This customer has asked us to look at more electrical work following our installation.

This is an electrical and lighting installation completed for a private customer in New Milton.

We installed a new 10-way surge protected consumer unit and 5ft LED battens in the garage. We also installed new recessed LED downlights, switches, sockets, ceiling fans and extractor fans throughout the property.

Doctors Surgery washroom upgrade, New Milton

We replaced the existing basin and taps in a disabled WC to a Doctors Surgery in New Milton, with a pre-assembled half height integrated plumbing system (IPS) with basin, user friendly mixer tap and a lockable access panel. Part of the waste pipe was also rerouted.

The unit itself is made of material which prevents the growth and development of any bacteria which is why it’s certified for use in Healthcare environments.
